Written at BMI for an imagined Musical Version of the Film "It's a Wonderful Life".  The scene takes place just before Old Man Potter invites George into his office to offer him a job.  While Potter is waiting for George to appear, he has a moment alone.  He considers what's really important to him and naturally, he sings.
